Accelerated Program
** Evaluation is required to enroll in any of these classes. Our teaching system is structured around the Junior Olympic Program created by the USA Gymnastics Federation.
Girls Future Stars
Ages 5-7yrs
An introduction to competitive gymnastics training while still maintaining a fun environment. Students in this program are taught a solid foundation of basic skills from which future advanced skills can be built upon. A positive introduction is given towards beginner level gymnastic competitions. Competition is optional and not required. Students in this program, who meet certain criteria, are invited to join our USAG or USAIGC Gymnastics Team Program.

2hour Class Twice per Week

(Maximum Teaching Ratio is 8 to 1)
Boys Future Stars
Ages 5-7yrs
This 90 minute class presents a structured environment for boys who demonstrate listening skills, physical strength, attention span, and a desire to learn. Classes prepare students for later entry into our competitive program. Competition is optional and not required. Students in this program, who meet certain criteria, are invited to join our USAG Gymnastics Team Program.

1-1/2hour Class 1X or 2X per Week

Girls Accelerated Class
Ages 6-13yrs
These classes are two hours in length. Students may choose how many days a week they practice. Workouts include increased conditioning and gymnastics dance training. Competition is optional and not required. Extra strength and conditioning is added to every class. Gymnasts are setup on drill stations on every event. Students will achieve and increase in flexibility, sportsmanship, goal setting, and teamwork.

2 Hour Classes

Boys Accelerated Class
Ages 6-13yrs
Class is held two hours a week and is focused around learning all the necessary skills to enter our boys competitive program. Students are grouped with other gymnasts who demonstrate certain talents and interest for learning. Emphasis on Strength conditioning for Rings, High Bar, and Pommel Horse. Speed training on Vaulting and Floor exercise, with added drills to enhance flexibility and overall coordination.
