Take Dear Park Avenue for approximately 2 miles and fork left under the bridge at the firehouse. The road will change to Park Avenue. Take Park Avenue approximately 2 more miles to Pulaski Road (CitiBank on the corner), make a right onto Pulaski Road, gym immediately on left next to CitiBank. Parking on far left side of building. Gym is located inside Mini Mall with Mama's Pizza
