Pre-School Programs

The philosophy of this program is to provide a nurturing preschool environment designed to increase each child’s self-confidence. Classes are taught on our smaller gymnastics apparatuses where students learn through structured plan and fun.

PreSchool Birthday Parties Available in Centereach & Rocky Point!

Bronze Babies

Ages 18mo-3yrs

Parents assist their own children through various skills on our preschool gymnastics equipment. Students will develop listening skills, learn how to take turns with other students, and get comfortable with our instructors. Class time is 45 minutes with the teachers and 10 minutes of open play time with just parent & tot.

Mini Stars & Silver Stars

Ages 3-4yrs Ages 5-6yrs

This 60 minute class teaches basic gymnastics integrated into a fun game-like environment. Skills include cartwheels, handstands, forward rolls, jumps, bar skills, vaulting skills, and more. Benefits include increased strength, balance, flexibility, neuromuscular coordination, & self esteem. There are new lesson plans every week, which include trampoline lessons. Children are divided into age appropriate groups based on maturity level and skill level.

Super Silvers

Ages 4-6yrs

This class is structured for students who show a need for more challenges and are still not ready for a Gold Medalist level group. Emphasis is made on using the correct form on skills and increasing strength training. Prepares gymnasts for eaerly entry int our Gold Medalists program.

Evaluation is required to enroll.

Gold Medalists

Ages 5-7yrs

Classes are designed for Silver Stars students who show a special interest and talent for learning. Children who wish to pursue gymnastics as a sport or just want the extra gym time can come twice a week. Classes are structured to be more physically challenging while maintaining a fun gamelike environment. Strength training and gymnastics dance is added preparing the child for early entry into our Mini-Team program.

Evaluation is required to enroll.
